Hélio Nicoletti was a member of Pinheiro Neto Advogados for 39 years. As a Senior Partner, Hélio was the head of one of the corporate practice groups, and also a member of the firm’s Steering Committee.
Focusing on M&A, Hélio coordinated hundreds of corporate negotiations and transactions, also in different industries such as food & beverage, consumer goods, cement, agribusiness and the sugar/alcohol sector, fuels, paper & pulp, power, editorial, financial services, and others. Hélio also has solid experience in international business negotiations, incorporation and reorganization of companies, joint ventures, foreign investments, capital markets, Mercosur and corporate structuring for wealth management.
Secretary General to the Club de Abogados-Iberoamerica for over 30 years, chairman of the Legislation Committee of the American Chamber of São Paulo for many years, Hélio also served on the Legal Committee of other Chambers of Commerce, and as Chairman of the Board of International Chambers of Commerce of the São Paulo Trade Association.
