Through the Website, the following data and personal information may be obtained and collected:

Name, surname and e-mail; User Internet Protocol address (IP address), session identifier (session ID), mobile device ID, in addition to dates and times of actions performed on the Website, main pages accessed within the Website, time spent on each page, the browser version used, operating system used, among others anonymized statistical data; Cookies, which are temporary files used automatically as anonymous unique identifiers, sent to the User's browser, used to improve the Website navigation. The User has the option to accept or refuse these cookies. By refusing these cookies, the User may experience difficulties in accessing or fully viewing the Website content. We may use third parties (companies or individuals) to collect, analyze, process and store the data collected from Users.

3. What do we use the Users' personal data for?

The data and information obtained and collected from Users may be used for the following purposes:

We will not use or share your Personal Data without obtaining your consent, except when (i) we are required by law (ii) it is essential for the purpose of providing a legal service; (iii) it is necessary to exercise or defend the rights of Chiarottino e Nicoletti Advogados, (iv) we have a legitimate interest in processing your data and (v) if requested by an order issued by a competent authority.

In the above cases, we are bound to disclose only the minimum necessary information to achieve the required purposes.

5. How do we protect the Users' personal data?

We adopt the measures we deem appropriate to ensure the security of Users' personal data. In the event of any security incidents, we shall notify the Users by email and inform them of the data breach.

7. General Provisions

This Privacy Policy may be updated or modified at any time by us, and the User is responsible for checking it whenever he accesses the Website.

By continuing to use the Website, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy as amended. If the changes to this Privacy Policy are relevant, we may request the consent as a condition for the personal data processing.

The material and content displayed on the Website may contain links to third party sites, over which we have no control or responsibility.

8. Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the Brazilian law and the court of the central judicial district of the State of São Paulo/SP shall be elected as the sole competent court to settle any disputes arising herefrom.
