Mario Garibaldi has long experience as a corporate lawyer, practising commercial contracts, corporate law, bankruptcy law and business reorganization. Mr. Garibaldi was responsible for the Iveco (Fiat Group) legal department in Brazil and Mercosur. He also acted on behalf of the Italian Government’s Extraordinary Commissioner and Ministry of Productive Activities, as part of the Extraordinary Administration for the recovery of the Parmalat Group, dealing with the Brazilian and South American companies involved, as well as with other problems of the Group during such process. He has long experience in Brazil-Italy relations.
