Since the beginning of his career, Daniel Pita has been working in several areas of corporate law with emphasis on financial markets related transactions, locally and abroad, by structuring, implementing, and negotiating investments and debt structures, either through investment funds, joint-ventures, mergers and acquisitions transactions, structured financial transactions or through the issuance of securities and other types of debt instruments to refinance or reprofile existing indebtedness structures. Daniel has been acting both as financial institutions’ and investors’ counsel as well as borrowers’ and issuers’ advisor.
